Sumitomo Pharma Announces Organizational Change, Change in the Responsibilities of Executive Officer, and Personnel Change

Sumitomo Pharma Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Osaka, Japan; Representative Director, President and CEO: Toru Kimura) today announced the following organizational change, change in the responsibilities of Executive Officer, and Personnel Change, effective July 1, 2026.

Ⅰ. Organizational Realignment (effective July 1, 2026)

Corporate Departments

Vaccines and Adjuvants Business Development Office is established.

* To establish an organization that centrally oversees functions and activities related to the development of Vaccines and Adjuvants businesses, thereby putting in place a structure that enables strategic and agile operations.
