【Our Subsidiaries in China Win the “Excellence Award for Corporate Social Responsibility 2023”】

Our subsidiaries in China- Sumitomo Pharma (China) Co., Ltd., Sumitomo Pharma（Suzhou）Co., Ltd. and Sumitomo Pharma Trading (Suzhou) Co., Ltd.- received the "Excellence Award for Corporate Social Responsibility 2023" at the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Excellence Award Ceremony.

The CSR Excellence Award Ceremony is organized by Shanghai Daily under the guidance of the Information Office of Shanghai Municipality and Shanghai United Media Group. This award is presented to companies that are recognized for their outstanding achievements and impact in the field of CSR.

Since 2019, our subsidiaries in China have been collaborating with the CAFF Garden "Care for Family" project*, actively engaging in volunteer activities focused on the mental health of children and youth, particularly those from families with individuals suffering from severe mental illnesses. They have been deeply involved in the development of public welfare in the field of mental health for many years.

• *The CAFF Garden (Care for Family) project is the largest public welfare project in China, providing services to families and children affected by severe mental illnesses. It was initiated in April 2018.
